Introduction
With Royal patronage from 1820, Bouquet de La Reine was Juan Floris’s wedding gift for Queen Victoria in 1840. It was added to the range in 1860. A variation was created for Queen Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee in 2002. Current directors and other staff are ninth generation descendents of Mr Floris!

 Built 1670, Floris has been at 89 Jermyn Street, London from 1730. King George IV’s Coat of Arms above was the first Royal Warrant in 1820, for smooth pointed combs! The sign on the wall is a plaque on the ceramic.

 This Bouquet De La Reine Eau de Toilette is priced at £75 per 100ml. With lavish contents, maybe the Eau de Parfum is by Royal order only! Blackcurrant buds, bergamot, peach, and violet leaf supply the top notes.
Heart notes are given by jasmine, rose, lily of the valley, tuberose and ylang ylang with base notes from
oakmoss, sandalwood and vanilla too.

 ITV’s “Victoria”, starring Jenna Coleman and Tom Hughes, is based on Queen Victoria’s intimate diaries. She wrote hundreds of words every night.
