ORDERING
- Dispatch - we dispatch items as soon as possible within 28 days.
- Order Status - we aim to stock all pieces but will inform you of any delay.
- Cancellation - you may cancel your order at any time before dispatch without incurring charges.
- Royal Mail postage is free in the EU and £5 per order for overseas buyers paying ex VAT prices. Delivery by worldwide Priority Airmail normally takes from 7 days. UK First Class takes 1-2 days.
Non-replaceable items are sent International Signed For or UK Special Delivery.
- Payment - whether you place an order online or over the phone you are authorising the payment which is not debited from your account until we are ready to dispatch.
- Privacy Policy - your contact details are stored on a computer with firewall protection and are not disclosed to third parties. Our payment providers PayPal and Google keep all personal information secure and private. When you place an order by phone your details are immediately submitted to PayPal. A Piece of Britain does not store financial information itself.
- Returns - items returned as new within 30 days are refunded by the original payment method. Please contact us first. Buyers pay return postage (unless an item is faulty) and must get proof of posting.
- Layaway - please add your chosen ceramic/s and instalment plan below and we will contact you.
- Please note that hand painted ceramics will have small variations.
