PayPal, our payment processor, provides us with your email contact details so that we can communicate with you and your physical address details so that we can send you ceramics you have purchased. We do not receive details of your payment method from PayPal. PayPal’s privacy policy is here

If you provide us with a payment method over the phone then the details are entered into PayPal for the purpose of processing the transaction and are then not retained by us further.

We use your email contact details to send you news about our website and the ceramics being offered. Our mailing list is handled using MailChimp. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe from future mailings using links at the bottom of each email. You will be removed from our mailing list if you have not opened one of our emails for over a year or when you unsubscribe. MailChimp’s privacy policy is here

We maintain purchase records for a limited period in order to comply with legislation. We may use our purchase records to check if you have already purchased a ceramic you have included in an order.

We do not retain your data when it is no longer needed.
